and Day Center opened

Safe Haven
I Supportive Housing Program began offering
a nurturing environment to five formerly homeless
and disabled men with the support services.

The Doughy
Dog – a mobile gourmet hot dog business
which is a social enterprise training program
began offering employment for up to ten homeless
individuals in a number of positions from
customer service to management.

The Arundel
House of Hope opened the first free standing
(not hospital affiliated) completely free
medical clinic in Anne Arundel County.

the first program for homeless veterans in

The Community
Recovery Center (CRC) opened that reaches
into the community, offering activities and
services to better equip individuals and families
with the tools and resources necessary to
restore their lives after suffering from a
variety of challenges.

Sylvia Meisenberg
Literacy Program helps improve the literacy
and basic education levels of those we serve
and allows them to grow as individuals and
become more productive in their lives and
society.
2015
Family Program
is a transitional housing program for families
that gives adults and children the skills
needed for self-sufficiency that they can
use and then pass on to future generations.
