Welcome Carolyn!

We would love to introduce Carolyn Washington, our new wonderful Resource and Day Center Program Director. She is originally from Buffalo, New York, and is a twin, sharing a special bond with her sister, Kathleen. She is a devoted mother of one daughter, Cierra, and a loving mother-in-law to Patrick. Carolyn is also a grandmother to three wonderful grandchildren, Frederick (6), Benjamin (3), and Moses (1).

She honorably served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, specializing in Human Resources, and later continued her career as a Federal Employee working as an HR Management Analyst. Carolyn holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration and management.

In her personal time, she enjoys dancing and singing, and she actively leads her church dance praise team, Anointed Praise, sharing her passion and faith through movement and music.  

Carolyn lives by the uplifting motto: “Have a Blessed Day on Purpose.”
